Originally titled for “Phride legs and ham“, this class is a high intensity, technical class, based on a challenging interval ride. The good news is no one is left behind and at the end of the day, it is still your ride.

Our dance fitness class based on latin, jazz and hip-hop styles is a fun alternative to traditional cardio. Our class is supportive and tons of fun. There is a learning curve, but for those who stick with it, you will find it was worth it.
