Get Ski-Season Ready with Ernie’s Ski-Specific Training!

Ski season is around the corner—make sure your body is ready to hit the slopes with strength, endurance, and confidence.

Join Ernie on Mondays at 5:30 p.m. for an 8-week, ski-specific training program designed to prepare you for winter. Each session includes:

  • A full-body workout routine tailored to skiing

  • Expert instruction and personalized adjustments for your goals, limitations, or past injuries

  • Weekly routines you can follow on your own schedule throughout the week

Routine Instruction Dates:
September 29, October 6, 13, 20, 27, November 3, 10, 17

Program Package:

  • 8 ski-specific classes with Ernie

  • 2 months of gym membership (Sept 29 – Nov 30)
