Ski season is around the corner—make sure your body is ready to hit the slopes with strength, endurance, and confidence.
Join Ernie on Mondays at 5:30 p.m. for an 8-week, ski-specific training program designed to prepare you for winter. Each session includes:
A full-body workout routine tailored to skiing
Expert instruction and personalized adjustments for your goals, limitations, or past injuries
Weekly routines you can follow on your own schedule throughout the week

September 29, October 6, 13, 20, 27, November 3, 10, 17
